  • A valid Credit / Debit Card for online fee payment

Step-by-Step Guide to Apply Online

  1. Visit the official Registrar General’s Department e-Services portal: rgd.gov.lk (or e-services.rgd.gov.lk)

  2. Under the e-Services section, select Apply for Certificates.

  3. Log in or register using your NIC Number and mobile phone number.
